Lighthouse Building at the corner of Dock (now Cornwall Ave.) and Holly Streets, Bellingham, 1907. The Lighthouse Building opened with a great deal of fanfare and celebration on New Year's Day 1891. It was the first of the "modern" stone structures built in New Whatcom (now Bellingham), and anchored one corner of the Lighthouse Block. It was home to the First National Bank of Bellingham for decades. It was torn down in 1959.
