Edens Hall at the Normal School in Bellingham, WA. Edens Hall was designed by Bellingham architect T.F. Doan in 1919. This classic brick structure, built on the Bellingham Normal School campus, was completed in 1921 as a women's dormitory. It was the successor to the first, wooden dormitory building that housed 28 women. Edens continued to serve as the women's dormitory for many years. The hall was closed in the late 1970s for a complete renovation then reopened in 1994. Edens Hall still functions as a residence for Western Washington University students.
