Bellingham City Hall, Bellingham, WA, ca. 1939. This structure was built in 1939 making it Bellingham's newest city hall and successor to the original city hall built in 1892. Located downtown at 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham City Hall is still actively conducting city business. Lottie Street was named in honor of Charlotte "Lottie" (Roeder) Roth, the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roeder, who helped found Bellingham.
